Season 21, Episode 6
Chefs who operate food trucks and carts compete. Their first challenge is to create an appetizer from ingredients ranging from a cheap sweet treat to a fine-dining indulgence. Later, they find in their entrée baskets a pork delicacy and a Mexican staple. And in the dessert round, the two finalists vie over a key piece of equipment.
