Premise: Ambitious but failed 90-minute series about the intertwining lives of lawyers, doctors and police in the Windy City. The impressive cast included Dennis Franz, who a decade later got a better cop job on `NYPD Blue'; and Craig T. Nelson, who went on to `Coach' and `The District.'
