A battle-of-the-sexes quiz show featuring regular panelists and celebrity guests, `Celebrity Time' morphed into a variety show as skit elements in the game played a progressively larger role. It began as a local show in New York, and had various names (`The Eyes Have It,' `Stop, Look and Listen,' `Riddle Me This') and hosts (Douglas Edwards, Paul Gallico) before going national. Panelists included Ilke Chase, John Daly and Kitty Carlisle.
