House
8/7c Fox
Always the dutiful, if fitful, sidekick, Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) gets an episode of his very own. You'll get a peek at the oncology ward, meet his staff and even see him face an ethical dilemma that doesn't involve House (though House does get involved) when he treats an old friend (Joshua Malina) whom he thought no longer needed his professional services. Meanwhile, this is the last episode of the year, so you'll have to live with its Huddy (Luddy?) developments until January.

Jon & Kate Plus 8 Limps to Its End

Jon & Kate Plus 8's series finale limped to its conclusion, a shell of its former self, ending with a whimper of a family's life that used to be.

The first eight minutes of the show entailed the talking heads of the unhappy, soon to be divorced, couple. "These are the last moments of the Gosselins," a stark white-on-black old-movie placard said as the show got under way.

"It's sad, it's needless, it's useless, it was totally avoidable," Kate said when asked about how she felt about the series coming to an end... read more

Trauma
9/8c NBC
It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt. That adage holds true in this Halloween episode when a party gets out of control and the paramedics are called in. While Tyler and Boone work through the carnage, Nancy and Glenn are spooked by an unusual call. It's never a dull day on the job for these folks.
