Keck's Exclusives: Big Death Coming on Burn Notice

Burn Notice

USA's Burn Notice has given notice to a familiar figure who will bite the big one in the July 26 episode. And if you listen to Sharon Gless (who plays Michael Westen's mother, Madeline), one person stands out as the likeliest corpse. Gless says she... read more

Top Moments: Alec and Dave Drop Their Pants and Ann Curry Is Here Today

Alec Baldwin and David Letterman

Our top moments of the week:

14. Worst Icing on the Cake: On Part 1 of the season finale of The Real Housewives of Orange County, new housewife Heather Dubrow throws a name party for herself to celebrate taking her husband's last name. We're still not sure exactly why the cake at said party so greatly symbolizes her name change, but Heather gets her frosted pink bow in a big twist when Alexis Bellino's friend, Sarah, eats a part of the bow before the cake is cut. Sarah apologizes, then calls Heather fake and pretentious before Heather hands her an Oreo cookie to satisfy her sugar craving.  Who knew a cake with so much frosting could leave such a sour taste.... read more

Burn Notice's John C. McGinley on Playing Michael's Mentor: You Can’t Tell If He's a Good Guy

John C. McGinley

When John C. McGinley was first offered a recurring role as a CIA training officer on Burn Notice, it wasn't too far from how a CIA agent might receive a mission.

"I was coming home on a Monday night. It was about 7 o'clock. The phone rang and my agent said, 'You need to get home and read this script. If you like it, there's an offer for you to go do five episodes of Burn Notice,'" McGinley tells TVGuide.com. "'The only catch is you have to leave tomorrow morning.'"

Suffice it to say, the Scrubs alum was on a plane to Miami the next morning. "It just fell in my lap. It was one of those great gigs that... read more

Top Moments: True Blood Transforms and Mad Men Moves On

Mad Men

Our top moments of the week:

12. Fishiest Proposal: When Tamra Barney takes a surprise vacation to Bora Bora with her boyfriend, Eddie, on The Real Housewives of Orange County, she suspects that he's going to propose marriage. She doesn't tell the other ladies about her trip, just in case she's wrong. But she isn't. Despite her suspicions, Eddie still manages to shock her when he places the engagement ring in a clam shell and then instructs her to open it. She gasps, covers her eyes, cries and, duh, says yes.

11. Best Bright Side: When GLAAD taps Sonja Morgan to present an award on The Real Housewives of New York City, she apparently forgets to ask one... read more

Burn Notice Boss Matt Nix: "It's a Whole New Ball Game This Year"

Jeffrey Donovan

Sorry, Burn Notice fans. Fiona will not be getting out of prison anytime soon. Series creator and executive producer Matt Nix is just having too much fun.

"We don't get her out in the first episode. We don't get her out in the second episode and we don't get her out in the third episode," Nix tells TVGuide.com with a laugh. (It is too late for a spoiler alert?) "It's fun just to see Fiona in prison. Obviously, she's not an average prisoner, and prison is not a safe place to be. She's got her own set of challenges and her own set of characters.... read more

Any Tony-Ziva NCIS scoop? — Rita
ADAM:
Executive producer Gary Glasberg says it was no accident that the fan-favorite couple ended last season in close quarters when the bomb went off at NCIS HQ. "We'll pick up with them in that elevator and, with the situation that they're in, there will be some conversations," Glasberg says. "Hopefully we'll scratch our way a little bit deeper into the relationship." What's that? Sorry, I couldn't hear you over this awesome Aerosmith song!

Burn Notice Exclusive Sneak Peek: How Will Michael Handle Losing Fiona?

Jeffrey Donovan and Gabrielle Anwar

Burn Notice fans, you've been warned: Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan) is about to come undone.

Review: Thursday TV in the Silly Season

George Lopez

With new summer programming like what's on display tonight, it's enough to make you miss reruns. (Well, hello, CBS! We can always count on you to do things the traditional way — at least until Big Brother returns next month.)

You could do worse than re-watching Leonard's date with Penny on The Big Bang Theory, or Person of Interest's Reese protecting Astro from last season's The X Factor or Cho's first meeting with Samaire Armstrong on The Mentalist. You could do far worse.

You could, for example, watch your brain cells atrophy by tuning into Fox's hardly-fit-for-cable combo of goofy new meat-market dating shows. (The Dating Game's Jim Lange, I miss you.) In Take Me Out (8/7c), which might as well be called Date Or No Date, it's the guy on display, trying to charm a "flirty 30" bevy of bimbos before they turn out the light on their podium, signaling their disinterest. read more

How soon will we meet Kalinda's husband next season on The Good Wife? — Beth
ADAM:
We're hearing that he will be in the season premiere and at least five additional episodes next season. But he won't be the only new face. Look for a calculating, self-righteous bankruptcy trustee who's brought in to fix the firm's financial woes. We hear he butts heads with just about everyone. Perhaps that's because he's cutting costs...and — gulp! — slashing jobs?

I can't wait to see Russell Edgington again on True Blood. Got any scoop on his return? — Mark

The former King of Mississippi will... read more
