11. Lamest Reveal:
On the season premiere of Pretty Little Liars, we immediately learn what's in that trunk: a dead pig. Gross! It's a letdown for those fans who thought it would be a (human) body, but don't worry, sickos, we've got you covered: A later ...

VIDEO: Burn Notice's Jeffrey Donovan on Directing 100th Episode, Michael and Fi's Flashback

Stephen Martines, Gabrielle Anwar

Burn Notice's 100th episode brings Michael Westen back to Miami and star Jeffrey Donovan back in the director's chair — but the actor originally didn't want to helm the landmark hour.

"I actually wanted to do the [Season 7] premiere," Donovan, who previously directed two episodes and the Sam Axe movie prequel, tells TVGuide.com. "Then [creator] Matt Nix and the studio thought it would be a better ...

11. Creepiest Closing Shot: On The Killing's season premiere, Detective Linden is lured out of hibernation when Holder, her former partner, brings her a case that bears striking similarities to a murder that sent her down the rabbit hole three years prior. The Thursday Playlist: In the Flesh, Burn-Graceland Combo, TNT's Reality Adventures

In the Flesh

Zombies are hot. But leave it to the British to make them cool. And smart. And a shade more human than many of those they left behind. Turns out that being dead, or undead, is the ultimate wake-up call. While watching BBC America's fascinating and unexpectedly moving three-part miniseries In the Flesh (Thursday through Saturday, 10/9c), I was reminded less of AMC's blockbuster thriller The Walking Dead than of Sundance Channel's recent triumph, the artful Rectify, another searing drama of an outsider adjusting ...

Graceland Leads USA Into Dark Waters

Aaron Tveit, Daniel Sunjata

Picture-perfect locale? Check. Beautiful people who happen to solve crimes? Check. At first glance, USA's new series Graceland seems perfectly in step with the rest of the cable network's famous "blue sky" brand.

But it only takes the first five minutes of the pilot for the drug needles to come out, for a man to get shot, and for viewers to realize that the forecast isn't as sunny as it seems. "It's a little more... read more

Please tell me you have some Pam-and-Tara scoop for True Blood? — Lila
NATALIE:
The state of Louisiana will declare war on vampires, so there won't be any time for Tara and Pam to braid each others' hair and talk about their feelings about their hot kiss in the finale. However, their relationship will deepen as a result of two shocking events: 1) Pam will find out (for the first time) who Nora really is to Eric and... read more

I can't believe I have to wait all summer for more Castle. Is there any way Beckett will turn down Castle's proposal? — Lauren
ADAM:
Depends on who you ask. Cast member Tamala Jones thinks that Beckett's desire for career advancement in Washington, D.C., could outweigh her feelings for Castle. "Beckett is a strong woman, and she's not going to forget who she is," she says. "So she may say no — or not right now." Susan Sullivan, who plays Castle's mother, has a different take. "What woman in her right mind would say no to him?" she says. "Therein would lie the problem: I may actually have to move out. Yikes!"
