Season 6 of this palate-pleasing series begins tonight just as Top Chef Masters comes to a close. (That show's finale airs at 10:15 pm/ET.) It's viva Las Vegas when 17 fresh chefs roll the dice and infiltrate the gambling mecca to compete in culinary challenges galore. On the menu this season: Potential family drama when two chef brothers compete, plus a fine list of slated guest stars, including Natalie Portman, Penn and Teller, Wolfgang Puck and Tyler Florence. Padma Lakshmi, Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons and Toby Young return in their series roles.
