Premise:
Sentimental five-part adaptation of Anna Sewell's novel, set in 19th-century Maryland instead of England. Buoyed by a cast of TV and film veterans, the lavish miniseries tracks the noble steed's adventures over a 13-year period, beginning with a separation from loving owner Luke Gray.
