This week, Biggest Loser took a trip to our nation's capital to help fellow Americans lead happier and healthier lives. The contestants meet Alison in front of the Jefferson Memorial, where she announces that the teams will be disbanded. It's time for singles.
Right away there's a pop challenge. Each person must hand out stickers and encourage people to show up at the Washington Monument for a group workout with Bob and Jillian. Amanda finds that she has a few fans who recognize her from last season's finale. They even chant her name. But unfortunately, the same group of gals also recognize Daniel and take his stickers instead of Amanda's.

Blue is curious why Black chose to send Dina home. Amanda is honest and admits that it was about the friendships she had. Liz, during her interview, is angry and says that they should just wait until they really have to make a tough decision because as hard as they say this week was, they didn't think twice about it.

Ding-dong, the witch is... wait, Tracey's still here? Yep, the Blue team decided to switch it up and send home Mo, the sweet coach from Kentucky. When Tracey walks in the door, Black is shocked and she knows it. (Cue her tears.)
This week featured the challenge at the beginning of the episode. Alison meets the players to let them know that they'll have to dig through a pile of sand to each find a key. The team that finds all four keys and unlocks their treasure first will win a prize to be revealed at the end. It's a typically looks-tougher-than-it-is task and after a long-winded hunt, Blue team wins. So what do they get? The bittersweet tickets to go home. Because going home can be seen as both a reward and a detriment, Blue has the option to pass the week at home to Black — which they do.

Just when the contestants thought they finally had control, another temptation challenge changes the course of the competition. And as luck would have it, that power goes to Tracey yet again.
After four weeks on the ranch, the duos are disbanded and it's Blue (Bob) vs. Black (Jillian). So, how are the new teams decided? Through temptation, of course. Everyone but Abby chooses to spin the wheel with the hopes that they'll land on the golden ticket — the opportunity to choose who trains with who. The catch is that there are many calorie-laden items to land on as well. Rudy, Allen and Danny all have to consume sweets, but the game ends soon after their spins when Tracey takes a whirl and gets the golden ticket. "Seriously?!" Rebecca yells — pretty much how everyone felt. So does Tracey think game-play or save face with her already P.O.'d players?

After a very intense week on the ranch, the heat is on Tracey. Shay immediately confronts her for going against her word to make Daniel's weight-loss count, but Tracey sees no wrongdoing in her decision. Things continue to get worse for Tracey when Dr. H informs her that she's not getting much better and can no longer walk for exercise or even get in the pool. She cries out her frustration and wonders how she's going to keep herself on the ranch without working out.

After the victory of losing 155 pounds and having no elimination, the players soon find out that the celebration won't be lasting too long as Alison announces it's "would you rather" week. They'll have plenty of decisions to make that could change the entire competition, beginning with the first choice of trading in the trainers for a two-pound advantage. Seems like a huge thing to give up in order for two measly pounds at weigh-in, but clearly Tracy from the Purple Team doesn't think so. While the other players were waiting for Ali to raise the stakes with a higher offering, Tracy jumped at the chance to have an advantage her competitors wouldn't. And her teammate Coach Mo is not so thrilled with her decision.
