Labor Day may mark the unofficial end of summer, but it signals the beginning of the political season leading up to the midterm elections. And right on cue, Bill Maher returns from his annual summer hiatus, just in time to discuss what figure to be a number of hotly contested congressional races. Joining Maher on the panel as Real Time continues its eighth season are Mad Men star Jon Hamm, ABC News correspondent Martha Raddatz and Republican political strategist Mark McKinnon.

Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam
Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers reprise their roles from the hugely popular 2008 musical Camp Rock for tonight's highly anticipated sequel. The story centers on efforts by Mitchie (Lovato) to save Camp Rock when its future is threatened by a nearby music retreat with rich resources. Of course, she enlists help from boyfriend Shane (Joe Jonas) and his brothers. A sing-a-long version airs on Saturday and a dance edition plays on Sunday.

The Pillars of the Earth
All good things must come to an end, and so it is with this compelling cable miniseries. In the two-hour series finale, Kingsbridge is thriving as a prosperous market center, which bothers Regan and William Hamleigh to no end, so they forge a drastic plan to destroy it. Meantime, diabolical and devious Waleran, hardly a pillar of the religious community, conspires with Alfred to lay a trap for Jack and get rid of him once and for all. Will the cathedral survive or is it destined to be a scene of holy hell?
