That's right, Elmo, Grover and Oscar the Grouch make appearances at Sacred Heart to help J.D. spread the word. Meanwhile, a not-so-warm-and-fuzzy intern scams Elliot to land a spot on Turk's research team.

After getting kicked out of what seems to be every bar in L.A., calling the housemates of this season of Bad Girls Club "bad" may be a bit of an understatement. After Kayla's sudden departure, Sarah, Tiffany and Amber stopped by the TVGuide.com studios to explain just how "tired" they were of Kayla's antics. p>What was supposed to be a quiet evening with a couple housemates unfolded into a night of choke-holds, scratching and ultimately, Kayla's departure from The Bad Girls Club (Tuesdays, 10 pm/ET, Oxygen).
"I didn't want to fight her in the first place, and I kept telling her that," Kayla explained in regards to her fight with Amber over tipping a waitress on Tuesday's episode. "But she kept pushing the issue and it got to the point where I couldn't take it anymore, and it resulted to the point of her grabbing my neck and me leaving a million bruises."
But while Kayla broke the ever-feared house rule —if you lay a finger on your roommate, you're out — she wasn't booted by producers. Instead, she left on her own. ...

Question: OMG, I loved the surprise cameo by Bad Girls Club's Tanisha in this week's Ausiello Report vodcast. Did you interview her for a future show?
Answer: Not only did I interview her, but I brought along my pots and pans and joined her in a rousing performance of "Get the F--k Up!" (Editor's Note: Only one of these two things is true.) I also got the Brooklyn-born diva to cough up a little scoop about the show's upcoming reunion special. Apparently, one Club-goer gets carted off in handcuffs!

Oxygen has greenlit a second season of The Bad Girls Club, to feature seven new vixens, and has also ordered a six-episode spin-off in which Leslie, Aimee and Zara embark on a road trip. Bravo has launched its casting call for new editions of its Real Housewives docu-series. Interested woman should cancel their mani-pedi appointments and click here for details. Fuel TV has set a July 7 premiere for The 808, a seven-episode series following the Wolfpak, a group of aggressive surfers who patrol the North Shore of Oahu.
