"Controversial" may be an overused word to describe The Bachelor, but with the heat Ben received for the women he cut (ahem, Emily), the one he kept around (eventual winner Courtney) and the decisions he made (skinny-dipping!), there is no better way to sum up this season. We checked in with Chris Harrison, who shares why he feels the hate went too far, if he thinks the engaged couple will last, and why Lindzi didn't seem too upset about her rejection. Plus: Harrison explains the new twist on Bachelor Pad and shares his cast wishlist.
This week's episode of The Bachelor marks my favorite hour of each season — The Women Tell All special! So get your smack-talk ready and let's get to recapping.
But wait! After Chris Harrison introduces the women, we get a sneak peek of the recent Bachelor Nation reunion in Las Vegas. There's lot of making out, a few faces we haven't seen in a while and a lot of casting possibilities for the next season of Bachelor Pad (Ed, Ryan P and Stacey, to name a few.) We also get a glimpse into a possible rekindling of flames between previous Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky and Frank, who left her season for a girl that he's still with.

Dear Reality Shows,
Listen, we need to talk. It's about these two-hour episodes, the twice-a-week commitments, the extended eliminations, the reunions... all of it. Our DVRS are tired, and so are we. In other words, it's not us. It's you.

Bachelor Pad, Michael Stagliano
Bachelor Pad winner Michael Stagliano wishes the best for his ex-fianceé Holly Durst and hopes her new fiancé Blake Julian proves him wrong.
"I don't think Blake is the nicest guy in the world. My hope is that I'm wrong and that Holly doesn't back out of another engagement," Michael tells TVGuide.com.
Cameron Wake and Tom Brady
Monday Night Football had a big night in the ratings, just like Tom Brady on the field.
The regular season debut of the venerable franchise on ESPN decimated the competition on both cable and broadcast television, attracting 14.57 million viewers for the NFL game between the New England Patriots and Miami Dolphins and a 6.3 rating among 18-to-49-year-olds. Brady made the hot South Florida night hotter, passing for 517 yards — merely the fifth-best in league history. And with the promise of more excitement like that, ESPN is sure to lure solid numbers throughout the season.
Bachelor Pad, Holly Durst and Michael Stagliano
It was tough enough being in the Bachelor Pad house with your ex-fiance, but on the taped finale Michael Stagliano learned that Holly Durst and fellow contestant Blake Julian were recently engaged. While host Chris Harrison says that they did their best to be delicate with how Michael — and America — would find out, he's surprised with how Holly handled the situation. Read on for more about what went down, what viewers didn't see and why Harrison "isn't buying what Vienna is selling."
