Bachelor Pad Episode Recap: Week 4 Season 3, Episode 4

This week's episode of Bachelor Pad picks up immediately after the tense rose ceremony with Ed and Jaclyn toasting their victory. But the celebrations are short-lived when Chris Harrison comes in and announces that their next challenge begins right away. The players are simply handed surveys and instructed to answer honestly.

The next morning, it's time for the Bachelor Pad game show featuring rounds about love and romance and games like "Who Said That?" The game starts off pretty easy and generic with a few Bachelor-centric questions mixed in. After the first round Sarah is dominating and when Chris cheers her on, Blakeley is not happy at all. The second round of questions kicks the humor factor up a notch by polling the women about who said such quotes as "I'm the most successful in the house" and "Ed is on the show because he doesn't want to be forgotten."  In the end, Jaclyn takes the lead and wins the rose.

Now it's the men's turn to take some heat. Michael and Ed go back and forth with correct answers in the first round. The second round gets a little more intimate by revealing Sarah's parking lot rendezvous and Blakeley's number of partners.  And then it gets dramatic when Chris reveals that Jamie called Jaclyn the fakest in the house. Ultimately, Ed wins his first challenge. David and Rachel had the lowest scores and will get a vote against them.

Jaclyn gets her one-on-one date card and decides to take her partner, Ed. They get in a limo and wind up at Dodgers stadium all by themselves. They put on the uniforms, sing the national anthem and play ball. The two can't stop laughing and have a blast. Later, they get dolled up, the lights go down in the stadium and they learn that because Ed already has a rose, Jaclyn must give her date rose to someone else, who will get the other one-on-one date. They debate over who to award the date before being interrupted by a kiss cam and magical fireworks. Meanwhile at the house, Jamie and Chris spend the night in bed, but while Jamie thinks they're cuddling, Chris says he kept kissing her to shut her up. Ouch.

Jaclyn and Ed tell the house the next morning who is getting the date and it goes to Chris. But will he choose his partner Blakeley, his bed partner Jamie or someone else? Let's just say it's dead silence when he gives the date to Sarah. Blakeley immediately confronts him and asks if she can trust him. Chris calls their partnership overwhelming and asks for some time before promising to move forward. Blakeley walks out and cries hysterically. Jamie also confronts Chris and says she understands his decision and thinks he chose Sarah to protect her. Oh, naïveté.

Chris and Sarah head out on their date and wind up being driven around by a crazy person. But, because this is Bachelor world, it's all a stunt. They get to make a little action movie.  The stunt coordinator goes through the  basic moves with them and then they get into hair and makeup and wardrobe for their big sequence. After their mock fights, the two get their Hollywood ending sealed with a kiss. (And Sarah CAN NOT stop drooling over Chris.) That night, Chris and Sarah have a romantic dinner and even though he doesn't have a rose to hand out, he tells her she would've absolutely gotten it. They then make out before heading to the hot tub — and getting their own room at the hotel. "The best thing I have done is trading in Jamie and Blakeley for Sarah. It's like buying a new car," Chris says. Of course, Jamie has no clue what Chris is up to and cannot stop talking about their possible future together. Oy!

Back at the house, Ed is told he can hand out a rose to one of the women since he didn't get to go on his date. He ultimately gives it to Rachel, Jaclyn's bestie.  The next morning, everyone wakes up to realize Chris and Sarah never came home! So when they walk in, all eyes are on them. Jamie is stewing as they talk about their date.

It's rose ceremony time, Chris Harrison announces. David immediately starts pleading with Jaclyn, the potential tie-breaker, to keep him and suggests she should aim to get Nick out. But while it seems David might be able to swing it, Nick tries to work his magic. Who will come out the victor? On the girls' side, Chris wants Blakeley out, but Michael makes it clear he can't vote that way.

Although Chris is confident he has the votes to get Blakeley out, his "buddy" Kalon turns on him and votes for Jamie, sending her home. Gotta give her credit for at least calling Chris out before she left. On the men's side, the final fan, David, is going home.

What did you think of this week's episode? And seriously, when will Lindzi and Kalon's romance get some screen time?
