Bachelor Pad Episode Recap Week 3 Season 3, Episode 3

On this week's Bachelor Pad, the man claws come out as Ed learns that Reid conspired, and failed, to get him out of the game. But first, Ed contemplates leaving until Jaclyn convinces him he needs to stay for her and her emotional sanity. "I don't like lying," Ed says. Oh, hey don't go on a competition reality show then! But ultimately Ed admits he wants to stay and is ready to fight back.

Chris Harrison comes in and explains the next competition will take place offsite. The group gets on a big bus and winds up in a field with a very large obstacle course — aka a "Hot Sludge Fundae." (At the end, you have to get to the "nut sack," Chris jokes.) The games begin, and everyone is playing with a new partner. While some people are happy with their new random duos, Kalon re-enters the "I'm a big jerk" club by basically saying he should do well since Erica could eat her way through the course. After an intensely messy run (watch a clip here), David and Rachel win (in a photo finish!) while Ed and Jamie come in last and will have an automatic vote against them.

David's date is first and he invites Blakeley, Erica and Jamie. They arrive to a red carpet, which leads them to an indoor mock prom. As the ladies are getting dolled up, Jamie tries to call a truce with Blakeley, but she 'aint having it. After the awkward conversation everyone dances the night away and takes photo booth pics. Meanwhile, back at the house, Reid is trying to keep Ed out of the loop from the last vote while continuing his plot to get him out. Soon the night turns into an all-out party with Ed putting the moves on Jaclyn. Sarah isn't so thrilled as she hears familiar sounds come from the "boom boom room."

Back on the date, each of the girls get their time with David and during Jamie's, she explains the rough times she had in the past. David feels for her and is about to save her with the rose when Blakeley interrupts. She uses his promise from the past week to plead that Jamie not get the rose and get voted out. David ends up going with his word to Jamie and gives her the rose making her his prom queen and putting himself on Blakeley's "diarrhea list."

It's time for Rachel's date and she picks Nick, Tony and Michael. They get to a wax museum and end up at The Bachelor experience with fake -- oh wait he's real! -- Chris Harrison. There they're going to get made into wax figures and play pranks on real fans. The best part is when the people start talking smack Tony right in front of him. After the fun and games, Rachel has a rose to hand out and it obviously goes to her new boy, Michael. They get some alone time where Rachel admits she's insecure about the situation, but Michael relieves her fear by saying he's not going anywhere.

At the house, Jamie wants to show Chris she's a "real woman" and goes to find him in bed. Only he rejects her. Poor Jamie ends up crying and goes to bed alone. But the next morning it's all strategy talk. First, Sarah tells Ed that they're trying to vote him out. He's blindsided by the fact that his buddy Reid actually wants him out. So that night Ed calls him out on his lies and Reid won't admit it.

It's rose ceremony time and then "underdogs" are trying to get the strong alliance out. Even when Chris comes in, he says he feels the tension. The last-minute pleas commence and it comes down to either Blakeley or Donna going on the girls' side. If it's up to Nick and his tongue, Donna will stay. But it might not be enough to keep her. On the guys' side, Ed might be going home and Jaclyn is crying to Reid about it. Ed is super upset that his so-called friend is going against him. Jaclyn, though, wipes her tears and decides to make it her mission to get Reid out.

Chris comes back to the house to announce the outcome of the vote. Donna and Reid are the two going home. Jaclyn speaks up and says the dishonesty has been transparent and everyone needs to stop pulling fast ones on each other and directs it at Reid. In the limo, Reid says he hopes he didn't burn any bridges beyond the game. And Donna says the men will surely regret their decision when she's no longer running around the house in her bikini.
