Arrow: Will Laurel Reveal that She Knows Oliver's Big Secret?

Katie Cassidy, Stephen Amell

With Slade Wilson (Manu Bennett) determined to ruin Oliver Queen's (Stephen Amell) life, the last thing Arrow's billionaire playboy-turned-vigilante needs is more people learning the truth about his extra-curricular activities. Unfortunately, that's exactly what Slade had in mind when he showed up at Laurel's (Katie Cassidy) door to tell Ollie's former love the truth about the emerald archer. But that doesn't mean Laurel will believe Slade.

Arrow: More people will learn Oliver's secret identity!

Naturally, the inquisitive ADA will set out to uncover the truth for herself in Wednesday's episode (8/7c, The CW), which finds her slowly putting the puzzle pieces together in more ways than one. The truth... read more

Top Moments: The Good Wife Shoots to Kill and New Girl Goes Up in Smoke

Josh Charles, Julianna Margulies

Our top moments of the week:

13. Birds of a Feather Award: Wednesday's episode of Arrow unites the Black Canary and the Huntress, two members of the so-called "Birds of Prey," but in a nice twist, they're adversaries. Their fight gains even more symbolism when Laurel — who will eventually become the Black Canary and a member of the "Birds of Prey" — joins the fray. An interesting way to... read more

Arrow Postmortem: What Are Slade's Plans for Thea?

Stephen Amell

[Warning: This story contains major spoilers from Wednesday's episode of Arrow. Read at your own risk! ]

Slade Wilson has taken the first shot in the war against his former friend.

The closing moments of Wednesday's episode of Arrow likely made fans scream at their television screens a la the dumb blonde running from the killer by going upstairs. Upset that Roy (Colton Haynes) cheated on her, Thea (Willa Holland) decided to walk home from Verdant. Alone. This, of course, provided... read more

Wednesday TV: Psych Finale, Family Goes to Vegas, Live TV on TV Land

James Roday, Dule Hill

As USA Network's Psych hangs up its pineapple after eight seasons of tomfoolery — or should it be called Shawn-foolery? — mystery takes even more of a back seat to comedy than usual in the series finale (Wednesday, 9/8c), ominously titled "The Breakup." While there is a murder to be solved (frequently referred to as "our last case"), it's a perfunctory distraction at best to Shawn's main concern: how to tell Gus that their bromantic partnership may in fact be over. read more

The Birds of Prey Swoop Into Arrow

Katie Cassidy, Caity Lotz

As if Arrow wasn't flying high enough already, the superhero hit is aiming for new heights with this week's episode, inspired by the popular DC Comics title Birds of Prey (which was also the basis for a short-lived 2002-03 WB series). "It's beloved," says executive producer Marc Guggenheim of the comic book, whose menagerie has showcased the Huntress, Black Canary and Barbara Gordon's tech-savvy Oracle. "We're excited to be doing our version of it."

Wednesday TV: The 100, Doll & Em, Alec Baldwin on SVU

Eliza Taylor

Imagine the ultimate CW drama, set on an Earth inhabited solely by telegenic young-adult brats celebrating their complete lack of adult supervision. It's a Tribe Without a Cause! Toss in post-apocalyptic echoes of The Hunger Games, forbidden desires out of The Blue Lagoon and the jungle mysteries of Lost — with a toxic cloud of acid fog instead of a mystical Smoke Monster — and you've got the YA formula for The 100, a high-concept guilty pleasure that comes as a bit of a creative relief after a dreary season of derivative spin-offs, reboots and retreads (reaching a nadir in Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People).
