Appraisals from a 1997 Phoenix stop are revisited. Included: the original 1897 "Yes Virginia, There Is a Santa Claus" letter, which was originally appraised at $20,000 to $30,000 and is estimated to have upped in value to $30,000 to $50,000. Also: a circa 1890 mechanical bank, then valued at $3700, is downgraded to $1000-$1500.
