Premise

Ray Suarez reports on the H1N1 influenza outbreak, examining the ways that the U.S. and world governments are fighting it, the development of a vaccine and how it compares to such past pandemics as the 1918 flu pandemic, which killed an estimated 50 to 100 million people.
