A 20-year-old from Tracy, Cal., slain in September 2010. Police say he was a victim of a robbery gone bad. Also: a missing-person report on Leah Peebles of Fort Worth, who moved to Albuquerque, N.M., in May 2006 and disappeared three weeks later. Featured fugitives include suspected gang members Richard Sam of Lowell, Mass., and Robert Jackson of Las Vegas. Both are wanted for attempted murder, and both were recently added to the U.S. Marshal's office GangTECC's Most Wanted List.
