Featured fugitives include alleged St. Petersburg, Fla., crack-cocaine kingpin Elrick "Big E" Wynn, who has been on the lam since 1996; Henry Chavez, a 3-foot-11 Silver Spring, Md., resident accused of a May 2010 murder; Cory Frierson of Chicago, who's wanted for a December 2009 bank robbery; and Jack Allen Poteat of Monroe, N.C., on the run since 2000 for the statutory rape of a 13-year-old girl. Also: a missing-person report on 17-year-old Phylicia Barnes, who was last seen in Baltimore.
