Mark your calendars: Carrie Underwood will release her third album this fall.

The as-yet-untitled disc from your Season 4 American Idol is slated to come out Nov. 3, with the first single hitting the airwaves sometime this summer, 19 Recordings/Arista Nashville announced.

American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi married teacher-turned-general contractor Mike McCuddy on Sunday afternoon.

The couple, who got engaged on December 8 while vacationing in Mexico, exchanged vows in front of about 30 guests at the United Methodist Church in Prospect, Maine.

Simon Cowell could command a salary of $108 million to $144 million if he continues with American Idol beyond the coming season, according to a British newspaper.

Cowell, who serves as the most polarizing — and thus the most entertaining — judge on the Fox hit has been offered "three to four times" his current annual appearance fee of $36 million, a source close to Idol executive producer Simon Fuller tells the U.K.'s The Guardian.

The Season 7 American Idol finalist has teamed up with three former members of Evanescence to front a new rock band called The Fallen, the Los Angeles Times reports. American Idol host Ryan Seacrest has every confidence that both Paula Abdul and Kara DioGuardi will ink new deals to continue on as judges for Season 9.

"I do. I don't have any reason to believe otherwise," Seacrest told TVGuide.com on Thursday.
