The story of Barton Watson, founder of CyberNet, which used bogus financial statements and other deceptions to defraud banks and finance companies of some $100 million. When the house of cards collapsed, Watson---who had served time for fraud in the 1980s---committed suicide. His wife, Krista Kotlarz-Watson, in whose name the company was listed, and other CyberNet executives eventually went to jail.
