Here's the skinny: Four amateur athletes who successfully lost weight are featured. In the men's skirmish, a teacher (who shed 65 pounds) tries to chalk up a win against a waiter (who dropped more than 100 pounds). The women's tilt features battlers who both lost more than 60 pounds.
The men's match features a science teacher and a Columbine survivor. In the ladies' skirmish, a military vet squares off against a crime reporter. Lou Ferrigno, star of the TV show "The Incredible Hulk" (1978-82), makes an appearance.
