Season 2, Episode 1 And Promises to Keep

Kelly Clarkson appears as Brenda Lee on “Bandstand” and JJ's in the Marine Corps. But he comes home on leave (he's still in boot camp)---and has an eventful encounter with Beth (Rachel Boston). Meanwhile, Meg notices an edge to Sam (Arlen Escarpata) in the wake of the North Philly riots; Jack and Helen read about a painful and risky surgical procedure that could help Will; and a young British producer (Michael Rodgers) begins working with Michael Brooks on the “Bandstand” set.
