“Salute to the Troops” is the theme of the 25th televised gala from the historic theater in Washington, D.C. President and Mrs. Bush are joined by host Jeff Foxworthy, Hilary Duff, Jesse McCartney, Julie Roberts, Josh Gracin (“American Idol”), mezzo-soprano Denyce Graves and Geena Davis.
