Oral arguments in Orkin v. Taylor, a Ninth Circuit of Appeals case about ownership of a Vincent Van Gogh painting in the possession of actress Elizabeth Taylor, who purchased it in 1963. The Orkins, whose great-grandmother lost the artwork when she fled Nazi Germany, argue that ownership should revert to them under the 1998 U.S. Holocaust Victims Redress Act. Also: Hein v.
