Premise: Animated antics of a singing chipmunk and his two chirpy brothers, the sage Simon and the bubbly Theodore, all of whom are cared for by songwriter David Seville. The cartoon was inspired by creator Ross Bagdasarian's `The Chipmunk Song,' a 1958 Christmas novelty hit.
