In one of Johannesburg's poorest townships, Alexandra, where Nelson Mandela was an anti- apartheid activist, residents watched his memorial service on. Twenty years ago, ITN s Mark Austin visited Alexandra when soon-to-be President Mandela, promised to wash away the stains of apartheid. He was back today and found that the new south Africa can look very much like the old.
