Big and Rich, Kenny Chesney and Gretchen Wilson are among the nominees who are also slated to perform at the 40th annual gala in Las Vegas. Other scheduled performers include Brooks and Dunn, Sara Evans, Alan Jackson, Toby Keith, Reba McEntire, Tim McGraw, Montgomery Gentry, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, George Strait and Lee Ann Womack.
