Australian chef Pete Evans visits with innovative food artisans across the U.S. in this series, beginning in Seattle with chefs Tom Douglas and Thierry Rautureau. The two take Evans crabbing in Puget Sound. They also help prepare Dungeness crab and pasta ricotta salata; and sand dabs with garlic flowers and morels.
