Secretaries clash with a sexist boss in this sitcom about women struggling at a large corporation. The series was based on the popular 1980 movie. In fact, Dolly Parton's younger sister, Rachel Dennison, took over the role Parton had played in the film, and Jane Fonda was one of the series' producers. ABC canceled the show in 1983, but it returned in syndication in 1986, with numerous cast changes.
