Former NFL cornerback Ray Crockett, a 41-year-old who played in a 1991 game in which a teammate was paralyzed, spends 30 days in a wheelchair. Crockett's house and car are retrofitted, and he continues to coach his son's football team. He also plays wheelchair rugby and makes friends with people who have suffered spinal-cord injures. Also: Host-narrator Morgan Spurlock challenges Paralympian Marlon Shirley to a footrace.
