Among the new faces, Eric Roberts stands out as visionary tycoon Seth Blanchard, who's bound and determined to bring an NFL franchise to the city.

Premise: Eva Longoria Parker and George Lopez host the 14th annual American Latino Media Arts Awards honoring Hispanic achievement in movies, TV, music and sports. Performers include Shakira, David Archuleta, Nelly Furtado, Sean Kingston and Pitbull. Salma Hayek and Oscar De La Hoya receive special awards, and there's a tribute to Ricardo Montalban, presented by Rita Moreno.
