Where We Left Off: Charlie finally seemed ready to confront his feelings for Kate, but in the end, the two just expanded their definition of "friends with benefits" to include kissing and going to the movies together. Progress is progress, right?
What's Next: Charlie and Kate's physical relationship will hit the skids when Charlie catches Kate sending naughty photos to an ex, whom Charlie confronts. And yet, Kate will still have trouble moving on, despite her best (read: sluttiest) efforts to get Charlie out of her head and heart. Also look for Charlie to take on a very familiar patient: CeeLo Green, guest-stars as a fictionalized version of himself.
