Back at Kyle's place, Fish assures him that their first date was fantastic. As they kiss, Fish pulls back and wonders if they should have sex. Deciding they should, the two are amused by their hesitancy and then slowly move onto the bed. Marty is the first to see him when a beaten and bloody Nick stumbles into the ER. Nick mumbles to Marty that he was attacked because he's gay. Marty calls Kyle while John calls Fish for help with Nick. The two are sickened by what they find. Nick describes the thugs who threatened him and Amelia and later attacked him. Fish tells John he can identify them because he saw them at the mayor's speech. After they're arrested, Fish is tempted to punch one of the thugs as he taunts him but John stops him. In the Seattle hotel's garage Ross apologizes to Dani for having to take her but he goes on and on about Tea being a powerful lawyer. He jumps out and surprises Blair who has just arrived after her flight from Llanview. Ross then introduces her to his daughter Dani and claims he is taking his daughter for a few days. Though she agrees to give them a ride, when she tries to call Todd, Ross pulls a gun on her. Tea and Todd ry to stop Ross but he's able to escape with Blair and the teen. At the UltraViolet, Langston complains to Starr about Markko working so hard. He starts filming again as All- American Rejects' lead singer Tyson begins another song with the band. Cole grabs the camera so that Langston and Markko can dance. Insisting his troubles with commitment are in the past, Cristian assures Layla that he cares about her. The two start kissing.
