Due to the Christmas holiday, "All My Children" will air repeat episodes on Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25. The jolly man outside their stuck car turns out to be Father Clarence who welcomes Kendall and Zach into his shuttered church. They remind him they met him at Pine Valley hospital. While there, Kendall and Zach experience the same dream about wiping the slate clean. After they return to their car, the two agree the dream had great meaning for them both. Spotting a "5 mile" sign for Pine Valley, Zach is able to start the car and suggests to a smiling Kendall that he knew this would happen. Ryan's affected when Emma reminds him they haven't hung Greenlee's ornament on the tree yet. On the phone with Erica who is waiting for word from Kendall, Ryan agrees to watch "White Christmas" and talk about it over the phone. He's astounded to put the DVD in the player and find Greenlee on the screen instead. Saying goodbye to Erica, Ryan watches as Greenlee urges him to be happy, with or without her. Erica is relieved when Kendall arrives. Zach rushes out with a boy in each arm. Tad gives Jake a slap upside the head after Amanda takes David's side in yet another argument and goes home with him. Jake complains that it's the baby's first Christmas and it doesn't feel like Christmas to him. Pleased, David's plans are ruined when Nurse Gayle calls to report on a Christmas miracle with their patient. David tells Amanda that he's got to go visit a terminal patient of his at the hospital but when she overhears him reserving a jet to Gloucester, she runs to tell Tad, and Jake. Astounded to read Greenlee's chart, David tells Nurse Gayle he never expected this would happen.
