The sunroom's flat roof is framed; the progress on the rough plumbing is shown; the layout of the back-to-back bathrooms is discussed. The home's former resident, street photographer Jules Aarons, is also remembered by his son Phillip and Boston Public Library curator Aaron Schmidt. Also: the different types of ground cover; a product that makes it easier to mark and cut openings for electrical outlets in wallboard. Installation of hydronic baseboard heaters is also demonstrated.
