Season 29, Episode 13 Secrets, Lies and Atomic Spies

First Aired: February 5, 2002

Not Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, the hour asserts, but nuclear wunderkind Ted Hall, who was 18 when he started at Los Alamos. The program also claims that codebreakers knew about Hall almost 50 years ago, but he wasn't prosecuted because U.S. intelligence didn't want the Soviets to know their code had been broken. Liev Schreiber narrates.
