Meanwhile, Amy and Bob learn they aren't officially married; PJ visits a mysterious cabin occupied by two pretty girls after snowboarding down the wrong mountain.
Gabe tries to get his parents to buy him a new bike by blaming Charlie for leaving the garage door open and allowing his old bike to be stolen. Meanwhile,Teddy accidentally tells her parents how she really felt when she learned they were having another baby.
Teddy creates a mean-spirited music video about her boyfriend after she discovers he is cheating on her. Meanwhile, Gabe decides to utilize an extra room in Mrs. Dabney's house, without getting her permission, when he tires of sharing a room with PJ.
Charlie bites Teddy's boyfriend and when Teddy tries to smooth things over with him she discovers that he has another girlfriend. Meanwhile, PJ borrows money from Gabe so he can buy a used car but he soon regrets it when Gabe treats him like a personal chauffeur.
P.J. meets a cute girl at his new job, but Emmett gets jealous when P.J. starts spending all of his time with her. Meanwhile, Gabe gets picked on by a girl at school, and Amy learns that Bob used to date the mom of P.J.'s new girlfriend.
Teddy takes her great-uncle Mel to a baseball game and soon regrets it because of his obnoxious behavior. Meanwhile, a photographer wants to take pictures of Charlie, and P.J. and Gabe see it as an opportunity to make some money.
Charlie celebrates her first birthday and the family recall the mishaps that occurred the day she was born, including a scary encounter with a bear, Gabe being left home alone, and Teddy having to find the doctor while dressed like Frankenstein.
Teddy persuades her mom to let her attend a midnight movie, but she ends up sitting on her cell phone and accidentally dialing her mother, who hears how Teddy manipulated her. Meanwhile, Bob and Gabe attempt to put together a toy helicopter, and P.J. inadvertently leaves a complaining message on his intimidating lab partner's phone.
Teddy and Gabe get into trouble when Charlie grabs a pair of sunglasses in a store and sets off the security alarms when they exit. The store's manager detains them but Teddy bonds with one of the workers. Meanwhile, P.J. and Emmett try to write a jingle for Bob's latest commercial.
Teddy goes to a school dance with Spencer but ends up being ignored when Spencer gets involved in a dance-off competition. Meanwhile, Gabe tries to get out of doing his homework by telling his teacher that he's hampered by his parents' arguing.
A teen helps care for her baby sister and creates video diaries for her. In the opener, her mom returns to work as a nurse and leaves baby Charlie in the care of her dad and three older siblings, but things don't go quite as planned.
