Steve does his best to remain unruffled through Susan's natural childbirth. A box of Patrick's that is labeled "Sally, don't look in this box," only entices her to open it. Interruptions keep Oliver and Jane from getting closer.
At their antenatal class, Steve finds himself haunted by ghosts of lesbians past while Sally is troubled by a string quartet. Meanwhile, Jane is trying to find a way to out-keen Oliver.
