Dancing with the Stars, coupled with
The Rock's Hollywood presence, do you see the WWE benefiting from this at all, as far as respectability and broadened interest from the casual TV watcher?
Answer: I seriously doubt it, but I can only speak for myself. And while I'm wowed by Stacy's performances and presence on
Dancing with the Stars, it only makes me hope that her career path will now move her away from the wrestling ring to classier venues that will take advantage of her star quality. This has not made me the least bit inclined to check out what might be a mother lode of other hidden gems in the world of WWE. On the other hand, the fact that WWE can generate stars like Stacy and The Rock suggests to me that it's doing OK on its own and doesn't really need the rest of us to join the party.
