HBO's The Sopranos and NBC's The West Wing dominated nominations for the 2002 Writers Guild of America Awards, accounting for five of the six nods in the category of best TV drama. An episode of CBS's sophomore smash CSI snagged the sixth nod. On the comedy side, Fox's Malcolm in the Middle (two nods) and Titus will compete with CBS's Everybody Loves Raymond and HBO's Sex and the City. Winners will be announced on March 2.
