The Walking Dead Casts Twilight Alum as Rosita Espinosa

Twilight alum Christian Serratos is joining The Walking Dead this coming season, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

As first reported by Deadline, Serratos will recur in Season 4 as the tough and beautiful Rosita Espinosa, who debuted in the comics in Issue 53. Rosita survived the mysterious undead apocalypse that has taken over the planet. In the comics, Rosita is a love interest for Abraham — a character that has yet to be introduced on the show.

Serratos has the option to become a series regular in Season 5.

She is best known for playing Bella's best friend, Angela, in the Twilight film series.
