Vin Diesel, who starred opposite the late Paul Walker in the popular Fast and the Furious franchise, revealed Monday on NBC's Today that he named his newborn daughter Pauline in honor of his friend.
"There's no other person I was thinking about as I was cutting this umbilical cord," he said. "I knew he was there and it felt like a way to keep his memory a part of my family and a part of my world."

Furious 7, which Walker was filming at the time of his death in 2013, opens in theaters Friday, April 3.
