Thursday's vice presidential debate between Joe Biden and Paul Ryan generated more than 4 million tweets, according to official statistics from Twitter. And, needless to say, several of those comments came from celebrities weighing in on the election.

Many of the stars used the platform to heap praise on the moderator, ABC News's Martha Raddatz, rather than weighing in on the two politicians' performances — although most seemed to think Biden, whose constant laughing spawned the parody account @LaughinJoeBiden, was the stronger of the two.
