People confirms that, following a Valentine's Day getaway at Coconino National Forest in Arizona in which the couple carved their names in a rock, the U.S Forest service is now investigating their act of PDA. Hudgens posted a pic of the carving on Instagram.
Carving stuff into rocks on federally protected space is actually a crime that comes with a maximum fine of $5,000 and/or six months in jail.
Lesson here for everyone: if you wanna immortalize your love, stick to Instagram. The Internet is forever, after all.
