The Vampire Diaries Season 5 Promo: Get a First Look at a Human Katherine

"Human looks better on you than I would have thought, Katherine."

That's right, Vampire Diaries fans. As Silas — or is it Stefan (Paul Wesley) — says in the first promo for Season 5, Katherine (Nina Dobrev) is a human when the show returns on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 8/7c.

The steamy teaser, which shows Katherine and Silas sharing a nice tub-side chat and Elena and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) getting busy in the sack, promises that new faces and new surprises are ahead. "This season the rules have changed," the teaser says.
