U2's Adam Clayton Gets Married

U2 bassist Adam Clayton wed Brazilian model Mariana Teixeira on Wednesday, BBC News reports.

Clayton, 53, and Teixeira wed at a Dublin registry office after dating for four years. The Edge and his wife attended the ceremony, which will be followed by a reception in France this weekend.

This is the first marriage for Clayton, who proposed to Teixeira earlier this year at Carnival in Brazil. Clayton, who has a son from a previous relationship, was previously engaged to supermodel Naomi Campbell in 1994 and to record company executive Suzanne "Susie" Smith in 2006.
