Top Videos of the Week: Glee's "First Noel," new Superman trailer, Worst Fails of the Year

This week's top videos run the gamut from the best to the worst — from a tiny, aspiring NFL cheerleader to the most wince-worthy fails of the year. Also among our favorites? The Hanukkah/Montell Jordan parody "This Is How We Jew It," the Gleecast's inability to remember the words to "The First Noel," and the stars and crew of 30 Rock weighing in on how they think the show should bow out. 10-Year-Old Joins NFL Cheerleaders: Fans at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Philadelphia Eagles game last weekend got an adorable bonus, when 10-year-old Christian Bottger nonchalantly walked onto the field to join the team's cheerleaders in a flawless take on their dance routine to "Gangnam Style," "Teach Me How to Dougie" and other songs. Are there any open spots on the squad's roster??

"You're Doing It Wrong" Fail Compilation: 'Tis the season for schadenfreude? It might not be in keeping with the holiday spirit, but this video — a roundup of the best (or worst?) "fails" of the year is pretty side-splitting. We hope no one was seriously injured in the making of this film.

"This is How We Jew It": The real question behind this video is why it's taken so long to create a Hanukkah tribute out of Montell Jordan's mid-'90s hit. Complete with Hebrew/bouncing Star of David karaoke subtitles. L'chaim!

Anne Hathaway and Jimmy Fallon Mad Lib Christmas Carols: Hathaway already proved she can sing on camera with her SAG Awards-nominated performance in Les Miserables, butwhat about when she's going off of cue cards that she's seeing for the first time? Fallon asked audience members to submit random nouns, verbs and adjectives, which were then inserted into traditional Christmas carols and put on cue cards for him and Hathaway to sing. (Spoiler alert: aside from not always being able to keep a straight face, she does a pretty good job!)

New Superman Trailer: It's a bird! It's a plane! It's .... the new trailer for the latest installment in the Superman film franchise, Man of Steel, due out next year. Based on the morose, Enya-esque music in the clip, and Kevin Costner's breathy brooding as Clark Kent's father, it's safe to assume the film will muscle its way into the Very Important Movie category (a la The Dark Knight), rather than be marketed as just a blockbuster popcorn muncher.
