This week, Saturday Night Live prepared to kick off its 40th season with new promos featuring host Chris Pratt, while former cast member Ana Gasteyer publicly apologized to Martha Stewart for impersonating her on national TV. Girls star Lena Dunham offered advice in a new web series, and Jesse Tyler Ferguson auditioned for Dancing with the Stars. Also, a heated "raining"-versus-"sprinkling" debate erupted between two toddlers and ended in a physical assault (adorably). Check out those clips and more in our weekly roundup of the best online videos:
Box of Lies with Kerry Washington: Olivia Pope, Kerry Washington's character on Scandal, is a master manipulator. But Jimmy Fallon decided to put Washington's real-life fibbing skills to the test. Find out how she does with this sketch from The Tonight Show:
#AskLena: As part of the promotion for her forthcoming book, Girls star Lena Dunham has created a video series where she offers advice on subjects like unfunny girlfriends and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Check out one episode below:
Ana Gasteyer apologizes to Martha Stewart: Among Ana Gasteyer's more well-known celebrity impressions while she was on Saturday Night Live were Celine Dion and Martha Stewart. During a recent joint appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Gasteyer issued a formal apology to Stewart. (Did she really go dumpster-diving?!)
"Tiny Detectives": Now that Ellen Page and Kate Mara's dreams of co-starring on True Detective Season 2 have been officially dashed, they'll have to settle for the next best thing: Funny or Die's "Tiny Detectives."
"You Poked My Heart" weather argument: Is it raining out or is it sprinkling?! These toddlers are willing to hash it out, and the little girl isn't afraid to poke a few hearts to get to the bottom of it. (The way the little boy says "ow" at 1:35 is our favorite. Also: The little girl in the middle is clearly destined to be a mediator.)
Jesse Tyler Ferguson auditions for Dancing with the Stars: Is Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson gunning for the Mirrorball? Ferguson's mother thinks he should be a contestant on Dancing with the Stars, so he decided to film an audition tape with help from Ellen DeGeneres.
