So Cuddy got herself a baby after all. (She took in a dying teen's newborn daughter at the end of last month's holiday episode.) You can find out how she's adapting to motherhood tonight (House is on Mondays now), but it probably won't surprise too many working moms — she's being run ragged. You'll also see what's up with Foreman and Thirteen, post-kiss. Meanwhile, the crew's patient is in excruciating pain. This has to hit home for House. — Paul Droesch

The moment Blair has been waiting for (or is it dreading?) has finally arrived: Was she granted early admission to her beloved Yale? Not only does she get her answer, but her fellow seniors find out their fates as well. This stressful situation couldn't occur at a worse academic time for Blair, as she receives her first B from a new Shakespeare teacher (guest star Laura Breckenridge). Meanwhile, Chuck steps up his ongoing war with Uncle Jack over Bart's company and teams up with an unlikely ally. — Jennifer Sankowski

Adam Gertler won us over with his humor and charm on last summer's Next Food Network Star, but some of the judges felt his cooking skills were a little lacking and the top prize went to Aaron McCargo Jr. But he found a home on Food Network after all — as host of this new series, which finds the funnyman attempting various food-related jobs, from beekeeping to competitive eating. In the opener, he hits the waters off Maine to learn the job of a lobsterman. — Karen Andzejewicz
